What You’ll Do Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services Work with children, adolescents, and adults in the Fredericksburg region Complete documentation within 24 hours Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners Participate in weekly supervision and team support What We’re Looking For QMHP or QMHP-T (required) Experience in community-based or behavioral health services preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Compassionate, client-centered approach to care License/Certification: QMHP Certification (Required)
