Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in the surgery team, focusing on the perioperative process and immediate post-ophthalmic surgery recovery. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient care delivery.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Surgery team. This position is full-time and 1st shift, with on-call rotation required. 10 or 12-hour shifts are available.
**Specifically seeking individuals with OR and/or PACU experience, especially in Ophthalmology**
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver specialized patient care.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient care delivery.
Provide one-on-one patient care immediately following ophthalmic surgeries until discharge criteria are met.
Demonstrate teamwork by actively participating in patient care and providing exceptional clinical and emotional support.
