About the opportunity: Performs diagnostic examinations, ensures image quality, patient safety, radiation safety, and patient and physician satisfaction.
What you will do: 1.
Performs all radiographic examinations according to Vail Health protocols.
2.
Maintains constructive collaborative communication with patients, families, physicians, co-workers, and other members of health care team to contribute to continuity of care.
3.
Maintains established department policies and procedures, objectives, confidentiality, quality assurance, safety, environmental standards, radiation protection standards, infection control standards, and universal precautions.
4.
Identifies each patient and reviews exam order for consistency of examination ordered with clinical diagnosis.
Reviews consistency of all demographic information including physician’s name and signature, patient’s name, and date.
5.
Maintains working knowledge and use of the VH HIS and PACS computer systems to ensure quality patient documentation.
6.
Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
7.
Perform other duties as assigned.

$33.38—$47.15 USD
Requires ARRT certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. One year of radiology experience is preferred, along with basic computer proficiency and English language fluency.
