The MNA is responsible for administering medications to residents and documenting the process in the MAR. They must monitor residents for changes in physical or mental status and communicate these to the Resident Care Director.
Benchmark Senior Living at Rye is looking for a compassionate MNA-Medication Nursing Assistant to join our team! Part Time 10p-6a $25-$26.25/HR. Must have NH MNA License As an MNA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD). Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD. Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR. Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds. Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect. Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
