Provide hands-on support to patients and families through home visits, daily care assistance, and medical transport. Monitor patient medications and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.

Work Experience To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aid (HHA), you'll need: High School Diploma or equivalency.
Current valid HHA or CNA NYS certification.
Exceptional customer/patient skills.
Valid NYS Driver’s License.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 91 - 100 pounds.
