As the Per Diem Nurse on our team, you play a vital role in shaping each patient's care; including assessing needs, planning treatment, and evaluating outcomes with compassion and confidence.

The STEP (Skills, Transitions, Exploration and Progress) Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies located in San Jose, CA. STEP provides intensive, short-term stabilization services to youth, ages 12-17, for an average of 15 days. Our goal is to reintegrate our youth into schools and the community with lower levels of outpatient mental health treatment.

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with an ADN or BSN, an active CA license, and current CPR-BLS certification. Additional requirements include being at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and required medical clearances.
