Maintain a caseload of 25 active clients, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.

Rates: Up to $40-$44 per clinical hour
Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
