Compensation Compensation Philosophy: We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience.

Required: Registered Nurse (RN in the state of practice) Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing. Associates of above Preferred: Psychiatric Nursing experience Passion for working with Older Adults
Care: Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.
Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice with a degree from a state-approved nursing school. Experience in psychiatric nursing and a passion for working with older adults are preferred.
