The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting.

You’ll address the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families to improve function, independence, and quality of life.

1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred.
1. RN Diploma, ASN required. 2. BSN preferred.
Requires an RN Diploma or ASN and a current Pennsylvania nursing license, with a BSN preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and preferably two years of recent med-surg experience.
