The Role We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team.
This role will report into the Director of Nursing in Florida.
This is a hourly opportunity based in Miami, FL.
As a Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will provide essential care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and manage treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Perform skilled nursing tasks such as managing feeding tubes and monitoring respiratory conditions.
Assess patients' health status and report changes in their condition.
Implement individualized care plans.
Educate and support families in providing daily care for their children.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
