Candidates must have a DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited program Current and unrestricted NYS license in good standing Possess strong chairside manor, and great communication skills Ability to interact and communicate effectively with dental clinic team Ability to work for a minimum of 1-4 weekdays per month
As a Dentist in our Dental practice you would be performing general dentistry Provision of general dental services including but not limited to: Examinations, treatment planning, x-rays, oral prophylaxis, scaling, fabrication and repair of dentures, restorations, oral hygiene instruction, extractions within the limits of general practice Your role will be vitally important to keeping our practice running smoothly & maintaining our valued patients in the highest level of dental health Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques in the dental office Maintaining proper EMR documentation of treatments for all patients Supervision of attending dental team Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure understanding and consent
