The Opportunity Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Minimum 2 years of EM experience required. ED/UCC experience preferred. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS are preferred. Current FL state license is a plus. The Practice Ascension Saint Vincent’s Clay County Hospital – Middleburg, Florida STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center. 29-bed Emergency Department. Annual volume of 32,000. Requirements

Requires a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience and national certification. Preferred qualifications include DEA, ACLS, BLS certifications and a current Florida state license.
