Day Kimball Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Putnam, CT!
This full-time, exempt position offers 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule (8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).

As a Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team. Working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and other healthcare staff, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.
In this role, you will demonstrate clinical leadership through direct patient care, collaboration and consultation with the healthcare team, patient and family education, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing compassionate care in a supportive outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Assess, manages, prescribes, and evaluates appropriate therapeutic and pharmacological interventions for common illnesses according to standards of practice. Consults or makes referral to primary care physician, other health care professionals or agencies when a situation is beyond their level of expertise or when additional services are needed to coordinate their health care.
