Three 12-hour shifts per week with consistent scheduling.

What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat a broad range of urgent and minor conditions. Use evidence-based practice to provide safe, high-quality care. Collaborate with support staff to ensure timely, patient-centered visits. Document efficiently in our EMR for an easy end-of-day wrap-up. What We’re Looking For Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certified and licensed in Indiana (active, unrestricted). At least 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency medicine. Comfortable working independently and confidently managing fast-paced shifts. Strong communication and a steady, compassionate presence. Schedule & Compensation Three 12-hour shifts per week. No nights, Sundays, or holidays. Competitive base pay plus a volume-based bonus structure.
