The Resource RN provides critical care by performing initial assessments, implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications. They are responsible for responding to cardiac and respiratory emergencies and coordinating care between departments.

Candidates must hold a current Indiana Registered Nurse license and obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. A BSN and at least one year of experience in Critical Care, PACU, or Emergency nursing are preferred.
