Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Intensive In-Home team, providing therapeutic interventions to youth and families in home and community settings.

Position Summary

The Intensive In-Home QP works collaboratively with families to implement person-centered plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and support positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor person-centered plans for youth and families. Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention. Assist families in accessing educational, vocational, and housing resources. Document services accurately in the information system. Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision. Education & Experience:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and two years of experience with mental health population (one year with children/adolescents).

Non-human services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.

Certain combinations of education and experience may also qualify under North Carolina's Qualified Professional standards if they meet the state's criteria.
