About the role

The LPN provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following and documenting doctors' orders. Responsibilities include performing assessments, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting all interventions and evaluations.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in good standing within the state. The role requires a passion for pediatric or adult care and the ability to travel to client homes.
