Get Well Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This is a patient-facing role with a focus on medical weight loss and general primary care. You'll work directly with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, support their health goals, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Perform comprehensive initial assessments, including medical history, body composition, and metabolic evaluation Design and manage individualized medical weight loss plans tailored to each patient's goals and health status Prescribe, titrate, and monitor weight loss medications (including GLP-1 agonists and other therapies) in accordance with clinical guidelines Provide ongoing coaching on nutrition, physical activity, and sustainable lifestyle changes Track patient progress over time and adjust treatment plans as needed Primary & General Care
Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and preventive screenings Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia) within scope of practice Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic testing Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Refer to specialists and coordinate care when appropriate Clinical Operations
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and patient-first clinic culture
