Virginia nursery RN roles stay competitive

In Virginia, Level 2 Nursery/Mother-Baby RN openings often draw candidates with acute care or postpartum experience, while new graduates may still be considered if they hold a valid RN license and nursing degree. These roles are competitive because employers look for strong newborn and maternal assessment skills, teamwork, and comfort with fast-changing patient needs.
