In New Mexico, behavioral health therapist openings are often driven by ongoing need in community clinics, schools, and outpatient settings, making licensed candidates especially relevant. This role is competitive because employers typically look for a master’s degree, a current New Mexico master’s-level license, and often prefer independent licensure and post-master’s experience.
