About the Role

The Family Nurse Practitioner - Resident will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

This position is designed for recent graduates or those in the early stages of their nurse practitioner careers, providing them with the opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills and knowledge.

The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with experienced healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population.

The ultimate goal is to ensure optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive care and education.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program within the last 18 months of start date
  • Unrestricted RN license

Ability to provide credentialing documentation at least 8 weeks prior to start date**: 1 National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) 2 DC APRN license 3 DEA 4 CDS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
