This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a background as a Medical Assistant or similar, looking to specialize in allergen extract preparation.

Under indirect supervision of a licensed physician, the technician will be responsible for the precise mixing of allergen extracts, strictly adhering to established protocols.

Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety and sterility standards.

Label, package, and store mixed extracts appropriately.

Document lot numbers, expiration dates, and maintain accurate records.

Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies.

Participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Medical Assistant Certification Required Prior experience in a laboratory or clinical setting preferred Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation preferred Basic understanding of allergen extracts and immunotherapy preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work independently under indirect supervision.
