We are seeking a Social Worker to join our Senior Services team as a full-time Geriatric Care Manager. This hybrid position is based out of our White Plains Headquarters and offers a meaningful opportunity to support older adults in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. Compensation ranges from $60,000 - $64,000 annually.
