Market context

Maryland nuclear medicine roles stay selective

In Maryland, Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist openings are typically driven by hospital and outpatient imaging demand, with employers looking for technologists who can support both routine studies and specialized PET procedures. These roles are competitive because they usually require ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification, a Maryland Nuclear Medicine License, and venipuncture and BLS credentials; one year of diagnostic imaging experience is often preferred. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your license status and highlight any PET or diagnostic imaging experience in your application.
