Provide quality occupational therapy services, including evaluation and treatment, for adult and geriatric patients in a mental health setting. Deliver care through both individual interactions and short-term group sessions.
Regions Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in a 0.6 FTE position in our Mental Health department.
The Occupational Therapist is accountable for providing quality Occupational Therapy services including evaluation, assessment, implementation, treatment, program planning, communication, education and documentation of adult and geriatric patients on the Mental Health units. These services are provided in the form of one-to-one interaction and short term groups. The therapist is expected to perform related duties as assigned.
Weekdays 7: 00am-3:30pm,
2 Weekend shifts a month
2 Holidays a year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
