What You Bring Active RN or LPN license A genuine interest in pediatric care is essential; pediatric experience is a plus.
A passion for family-centered, patient-first care Authorization to work in the United States Experience providing one-on-one care in home or community settings is a plus.
Experience managing complex medical needs with compassion and attention is a plus.
Experience with in-home pediatric clinical skills or equipment such as trach care, ventilators, G-tubes, or seizure management is a plus.
Experience caring for young adult patients is a plus.
Experience partnering closely with families and care teams is a plus.
