Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice Current CPR certification Excellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi-tasking and time-management skills Strong initiative, follow through, process orientation, attention-to-detail Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
