BetterCare Wellness is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services within Senior Living Communities throughout the Charlotte area. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to improve residents' quality of life.
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Psychologist
Master's degree or doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline.
Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with community care teams.
Experience working with older adults or geriatric behavioral health is preferred but not required.

BetterCare Wellness brings compassionate, evidence-based counseling directly into senior living communities across the Charlotte Metro area. Our mission is to improve access to mental health support for older adults by meeting residents where they are, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Must hold a Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline and an active South Carolina license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist). Experience with geriatric behavioral health is preferred.
