Sign-on bonus up to $2000 (limited time incentive)
As a member of the clinical team, the SMI Case Manager will complete assessment and service plans. They will implement services to consumers identified as Severely Mentally Ill in accordance with their individualized service plan (ISP) while communicating and documenting their progress toward their recovery.
Must meet BHT requirements with either a bachelor’s degree or higher and one year of behavioral health experience OR an associate’s degree and two years of behavioral health experience OR a high school diploma AND four years of behavioral health experience.

Demonstrated ability to remain calm in crisis situations, work independently and cooperatively, recognize personal limitations, and relate positively and with empathy to all persons regardless of age, race, creed, gender, or sexual orientation.
Maintain a professional demeanor and positive working relationships with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and community and business partners.
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
A valid AZ Driver's License with no major infractions in past 39 months is required.
Regular access to reliable transportation is required.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) speaking ability a plus.
