As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) of the BMG Float Team, you will play a crucial role in providing seamless support to various offices by filling in staffing gaps.
This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care across different locations.
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) performs various duties assisting with the treatment and care of patients in accordance with facility or department policies, procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision and/or direction of the physician or registered nurse.
The PCA assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner.
The PCA maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of clients served.
