Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Clearance Requirements: National Background Check with Inquiries and Fingerprints, and Drug Screen.
Period of Performance: 01 September 2026 – 31 August 2027.
Type of Employment: Independent Contractor (1099) Agreement.
Total Compensation: $40.00 per hour.
Will be scheduled for up to seven (7) clinics per month; a clinic is equivalent to 4 hours and will not exceed 10 clinics in one month. Each clinic will be scheduled based on the clinic's need; an average clinic consists of 8-10 exams.
