The Registered Nurse provides quality patient care and promotes a therapeutic milieu within a behavioral health facility. Key duties include processing admissions, developing treatment plans, performing assessments, and administering medications.
Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-time Day Shift Turning Point is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN).
This opportunity is a FT day shift position that is vital to the successful operation of our behavioral health facility.
The RN promotes a therapeutic milieu and provides quality patient care.
RNs ensure that nursing resources are adequate to provide optimal patient care to a variety of patients which could include dual diagnosis, chemical dependency, and/or psychiatric care.
Collaborates with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish the treatment goals of Turning Point.
In addition to the above, duties may include: Processing patient admissions Treatment plan development Patient assessments Medication administration Medication education This position's hours are 5:30am - 6:00pm and is eligible for shift differentials.

Qualifications
Experience in substance abuse / mental health treatment, preferred.
