Evening Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required for position. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.

Requirements

Master's degree required.
Nys registration/Certification as a social worker required.
Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.
Experience with assigned patient population and utilization of pm schedule and lmsw/ Lcsw required.
Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.

Salary Range

$41.694/hr - $50.88/hr (Commensurate with Experience)
