Unlicensed Therapist - $54,763 - $66,924 annually
Licensed Therapist- $62,977-$76,968 annually

Multiple and varied shifts available working three (3), 12 hour shifts with four (4) consecutive days off, allowing you time to decompress form working hard like you do.
$26.32-$37.00/hour base rate, depending on licensure status. Crisis receives a 5% team differential on top of base rate. Eligible for a 10% shift differential for swing shift and 20% for overnight shift

Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, with a requirement to obtain full licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) within 24 months. Must have experience with crisis-related modalities such as DBT, CBT, or ACT.
