Support individuals in managing emotions, coping with crises, and maintaining daily routines through person-centered service plans. Assist caregivers in connecting with community resources and provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
You will support the individual to utilize skills that focus on coping with crisis, managing emotions, improving relationships, and maintaining daily routine and activities of daily living. You will also support caregivers to help identify and connect to community resources.
Bachelors in a human service field required
Staff need to be able to work with both kids and adults and be comfortable providing care while caregivers are not there
Must be 21 years old, have a safe driving record, a current Colorado driver’s license and ability to travel within Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

Applicants need to be able to travel extended distances including to locations in Jefferson County, Gilpin County, and Clear Creek county.
