We are looking for a full-time Evening Program Therapist to provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in our Evening Outpatient Program, with the support of a multidisciplinary team and an integrated treatment model.
All services integrate substance use disorder, mental health, and primary care into cohesive, client-centered programs using the LIGHT Model of Care, a SAMHSA-recognized Promising Practice grounded in dignity, respect, and empowerment.
As a Primary Therapist, you will deliver individual and group therapy to adult clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will use the LIGHT model to guide clinical decision-making and support clients in achieving sustainable recovery.
3pm-11pm Monday- Friday
Requires a Master's degree and professional licensure (e.g., LLMSW, LPC) along with a CADC/CAADC certification or a development plan. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of experience in SUD counseling and trauma-informed care.
