Provide urgent physical and emotional support to patients during active stages of dying as part of the Even More Care program. Serve as a steady presence for families while coordinating with interdisciplinary caregivers.

As a Quick Response CNA (STNA), you will be a vital part of our Even More Care program, providing urgent support during active stages of dying.

You will serve as the steady presence families can count on, responding quickly to evolving physical or emotional needs.

CNA STNA Weekends Available Shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM Travel to the office located in Green, Ohio is required.

Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.

CNA STNA Weekends Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is required Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle

Requirements

Must be a state-certified nurses' aide with at least one year of experience in hospice or nursing care. Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
