About the role

Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans for patients with injuries or musculoskeletal diseases. Collaborate with physicians to provide cohesive orthopaedic rehabilitation care to help patients return to daily activities.

We are gearing up for our Norwalk office opening!

To ensure an opportunity for our patients in the Norwalk and surrounding community to receive care close to their home, we are seeking to hire a Physical Therapist.

You will provide our patients with outstanding rehabilitation care to help them get back to daily life and the activities they love.

You will work alongside a group of likeminded, team of professionals.

Opportunity for collaboration with Physicians to provide cohesive orthopaedic care to patients.

No two days are the same working with patients from the community that are in need of rehabilitation from an injury or surgical procedure.

This is a full-time (40-hr) opportunity.

Here’s What You Can Expect

Develop and plan physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases.

Adhere to Physician recommendations and protocol related to a patient's condition.

Being on your feet all day, sometimes assisting in transporting, positioning, or holding patients when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

Individual with active license to practice in the state of Iowa as a Physical Therapist (OR individual completing a degree in Physical Therapy with the anticipation of becoming licensed).

Communication skills. Ability to communicate calmly and professionally to patients and physicians.

Curious. You practice the art of listening, asking clarifying questions, and avoiding interrupting your patient.

Requirements

Must hold or be pursuing an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa. Requires strong professional communication skills and the physical ability to assist and transport patients.
