Lasting Impressions is seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!
As a PRN DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in living independently and achieving their personal goals.
We’re a close-knit team that believes in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. Our mission is to provide individualized supportive living that feels just like home. We are primarily in need of evening and weekend PRNs but encourage all to apply.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided to ensure all team members are up to date on care given.

A heart full of compassion and kindness A desire to make a difference Experience is great, but we believe in potential and the power of a positive attitude Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to successfully pass a background check, and have a driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance. This position requires the transportation of clients. Must be able to pick up hours on short notice Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts
Previous experience in direct care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for making a difference in the lives of others
