Pay Rate: $20/hr**

Make a meaningful difference in someone's life as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with BAYADA Home Health Care. In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, participate in their community, and achieve their personal goals.

As a DSP, you will support individuals as they engage in community activities, develop life skills, build social connections, and enjoy meaningful experiences that promote independence and inclusion.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities.

Participate in community integration activities, errands, and appointments.

Patiently teach, encourage, and celebrate small achievements, giving people the space to grow.

Opportunity to enhance caregiving skills with support from our clinical managers.

Qualifications

  • One year experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Ability to transport clients to community activities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • The ability to read and write in English
