✅ CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent caregiving experience ✅ Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience ✅ Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required ✅ Comfortable assisting with errands (clients are NEVER transported in caregiver vehicles) ✅ Current TB Test (2-Step PPD, Chest X-Ray, or Quantiferon Blood Test) ✅ Ability to pass background screening and drug test ✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
