Kāhala Nui, considered Hawaiʻi’s premier senior living community, is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Resident Care Aide (RCA) to join our team. POSITIONS SUMMARY: Assist residents with their ADLs to ensure that they are receiving person-centered care and service in the Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Support (MS) areas. May be assigned to work on the Nursing Unit if certified as a CNA.
Requires a high school diploma, valid CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and tuberculosis clearance. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is required, with CNA certification preferred.
