The nurse is responsible for performing home visits to administer medications, wound care, and treatments according to designated care plans. They must monitor client conditions, document interventions using a tablet, and coordinate care with clinical managers and doctors.
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. This is a Weekend RN position - visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions. Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.
This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area. Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time schedules available.

Candidates must hold a current Arizona Registered Nurse license and have at least one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and the ability to travel to assigned cases are required.
