Role Summary We’re seeking dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, structured setting while supporting clients in their day-to-day recovery journey.
We currently have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available. Weekend availability is required, and a shift premium is offered for employees who are willing to work both weekend days as a set schedule.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, climb stairs, and drive for long durations.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old. CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained, with a preference for experience in behavioral health.
