OrthoVirginia, the premier orthopedic/musculoskeletal practice in Virginia, has opportunities for fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible orthopedic Total Joint Surgeons to join our practice in Lynchburg, VA.
OrthoVirginia is the premier orthopedic practice in the state of Virginia. We have specialists in physiatry, general orthopedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand and foot & ankle surgery, rheumatology, sports medicine-trained primary care physicians, and physical and occupational therapy. We also have MRI, injection suites, after-hours clinics, surgery centers, and expanded therapy services.
The successful candidate will work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy.
This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity. As such, candidates should be prepared to participate in general orthopedic call.

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography, productivity, job responsibilities, or other factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
Must be a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon with an MD or DO degree. Requires active or eligibility for Virginia state licensure and a strong background in total joint surgery.
