About the role

Deliver high-quality complex care to infants and children with tracheostomies and ventilators in their homes. Provide extensive training and education to the ongoing care team to ensure continuity of care.

  • Come for the Flexibility, Stay for the Culture We have immediate opportunities on our Transition Team for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the Transition Team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team. Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses: Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
