The Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist provides counseling rehabilitation services through an aggressive Assertive Community Treatment Team outreach approach in the consumer's community. The Vocational Specialist is part of a comprehensive team comprised of a Psychiatrist/PA, Mental Health Nurses, Therapists, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Housing Specialist and Certified Peer Specialist. Due to the intensity of the program, some nights, weekends and holidays are required. A valid driver's license is required as you will be visiting the members in their homes.
The position requires a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, or other related field from an accredited college or university. Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling preferred.
Salary starting at $42,000, up to $49,500 per year.
This position requires the successful completion of an FBI Clearance, PA Criminal Clearance and Child Abuse Clearance.
