St. Mary's is seeking a Casual Advanced Practice Provider to work in our HIMG NowCare.
This individual is a healthcare professional who possesses advanced knowledge in direct patient care as a physician. The physician is responsible for promoting critical thinking skills, development, competency, professionalism, teamwork, and customer service. This individual must be self-motivated and self-directed in all related areas and promote a working environment that is positive and encourages high morale.
Certificate for completion of medical school. Completion of residency program where applicable. Current licensure in the State of West Virginia required. Must have current BLS & ACLS.
Comply with West Virginia Code related to attaining and maintaining limited prescriptive privileges.
Completion of residency/internship with direct patient care contact. Ability to perform procedures as credentialed and other direct patient care activities.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, staff and other health care providers. Ability to use equipment needed for a thorough physical examination. Behaviors which reflect understanding, emotional stability, patience, tact and consideration for individual differences.
Candidates must have a medical school degree, completion of a residency program, and current licensure in West Virginia. Current BLS and ACLS certifications, along with limited prescriptive privileges, are required.
