Responsibilities include: Personal care assistance Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Meal preparation and nutrition support Medication reminders Transportation to appointments Grocery shopping and errands Assistance with walking, transfers, and mobility Light housekeeping and laundry Companionship and emotional support Engaging clients in conversation and activities Monitoring client well-being Reporting changes in condition to the Care Manager Maintaining accurate care documentation Caregiver Qualifications We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others.
