Key Responsibilities: Clinical supervision of Associate Therapists Provide confidential assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients with diverse emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consultations, and training. Work closely with schools and other involved professionals to ensure effective care coordination. Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress using various measures and tools. Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements: Current clinical licensure in the state of California (PHD, PSYD). Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with diverse clinical issues. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
